Handwriting vs Print
Each time I give a tour, I make sure to point out that here at LMSS, we provide instruction beginning in Children’s House on handwriting (or cursive writing). Most, if not all, perspective parents respond with “Oh, I love that! Most schools don’t teach that anymore.” Once in a while I will try to explain the ‘why’ behind us sticking with cursive, and to be honest, I don’t feel like I do a very good job of it. So, here is an article I ran across that explains much better the wonderful benefits of handwriting. Enjoy!
